Opher Brayer
Chief Scientific Officer | Impro Master Coach
Opher is a C-Level executive coach, systems thinker, former jazz musician, and education innovator – with hundreds of methodologies to his name. Early in his career, Opher was a trainee of thought leaders Michael Hewitt-Gleeson and Jay Abraham.
He trained in Systems Dynamics at MIT and in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with Richard Bandler. Over the past 30 years, he has coached thousands on their way to realizing their potential both personally and professionally. Opher’s groundbreaking work in developing thinking algorithms that help youth and adults alike to elevate their thinking and performance led to him receiving the Tribeca Disruptive Innovator Award in 2018.

Jordan Enns
Head of QA & Insights| Impro Coach
With a background in organization and public policy development, Jordan has managed campaigns and served as senior political advisor in campaigns at all levels of government across Canada. As a policy consultant in the private sector, he has also worked with startups and large corporations on navigating complex organizational structures and understanding regulatory policy in Canada.
Jordan holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree from Queen’s University and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration (MPPA) from Ryerson University.

John Morgan
Impro Coach
After beginning his financial services career running a regional territory in sales and marketing at Putnam Investments, John went on to join the Global Investment team, eventually becoming the lead portfolio manager for the Putnam Global Resources fund. In 2012, John moved to Epoch Investment Partners where he soon took on the role of Chief Investment Officer and lead portfolio manager for the International and Global Small-cap portfolios.
In 2019, John joined Corbin Advisors, a corporate strategy and investor relations firm, as Senior Vice-President and head of Corbin’s Client Advisory and Consulting business. In 2021, John left Corbin to start a family office that manages investment portfolios for close family members, and lecture at Cornell.
John holds a BA from Denison University and an MBA from The Johnson School at Cornell University.

Hugo Silverberg-Rajna
Impro Coach
Hugo has worked in a multitude of roles including Customer Service Manager, Chief of Staff, Business Architect, and Contracts Project Manager. As Customer Success Manager at NCR, he managed all aspects of the relationships with two major customers.
Hugo firmly believes in lifelong learning, having earned his Bachelor of Business degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, followed by an MBA from Santa Clara University. He has multiple certifications in project management, enterprise network architecture, and networking, and most recently achieved the coveted CompTIA A+ certification.

Ross Tom
Impro Coach
Ross has spent his career honing his craft as an advisor, strategist, and facilitator. Throughout, he has focused on practicing a human-centered approach to unlocking potential in others.
With over 15 years experience in brand strategy, consultative sales, and digital marketing transformation, with companies like Google, Microsoft, and Intel, Ross draws on a deep well of experience to advise both senior leaders and practitioners alike.
He brings a holistic perspective as a coach, having led teams big and small, scaled revenue in startup and enterprise environments, and incubated disruptive ideas across client, ad agency, and vendor-side mandates.
His client work spans industries ranging from financial services, telecommunications, and government, to travel, retail, and media & entertainment.
Ross holds an MBA and HBA from the Ivey Business School and possesses a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from the Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning at Harvard University.

Brandi Thompson
Impro Coach
An International Coaching Federation certified coach, Brandi holds a number of other certifications, including: certified Holistic Health Counselor by the International Board of African Thinkers, Priest and Healers; and certified Fatherless Daughters Advocate.
Brandi is the Founder of the Operation Growth Institute, a Global Transformational Learning Center where people can accept, heal, grow, and transform using her signature 12 Steps. She is a founding coach of the MMS NorCal Coaching Collective and a staff coach for How Women Lead’s Women Leaders for the World nonprofit, reproductive rights and Latina cohorts.
Brandi is a graduate of Texas Woman’s University and has studied with the Aspen Institute, Kellogg Foundation, Zuckerberg Institute, Iyanla Vanzant and the God Squad, Queen Afua, Dr. Llaila Afrika, Dr. Cherie Carter-Scott (the mother of coaching), and Opher Brayer as a member of the Impro coaching team.

Shelley Lewis

Shelley’s 30-year career has spanned from newly minted Chartered Accountant working at Ernst & Young and culminating as CFO of a private energy marketer operating in Canada and the US. In between, she has led projects to move entrepreneurial companies to more mature, structured and professional organizations. Shelley has worked in not-for-profits, municipalities, utilities and private enterprise.
She has held roles of CEO, CFO and Board Secretary as well as Director on various boards of directors. Her risk management and finance focuses have served to develop a strategic view of organizational structures and systems while her focus on workplace culture and enabling and empowering people led her to obtain a Masters Degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources and a certification with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP). Most recently, Shelley has become a certified professional coach and is working towards her Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) credentials with the ICF. Shelley is also currently studying to become a Certified Financial Planner in Canada.

Julie Lavergne

Julie lives for an ‘ah-ha moment’. Certified as a critical-thinking trainer, coach and facilitator, she leverages her creative generalist superpowers, with a focus on co-creation to get leaders and teams to find solutions despite the background noise and clutter of business complexities.
A former engineer turned people executive with nearly 20 years’ experience, Julie considers herself a business decathlete with a background in enterprise risk, global quality supply chain, digital transformations, rapid manufacturing scaling, new product launches, business strategy, organization development and talent management.
She has a proven track record of successfully building, re-engineering, and improving teamwork, decision-making, and processes across an array of business functions and industries.
Julie holds a B.A.Sc in Chemical Engineering, Masters in Engineering Management: Systems Engineering & Business Administration and is certified in ProSci Change Management and as a Kepner-Tregoe Program Leader.
